CFY's 15th Anniversary Birthday Brawl
Join us for an old school CrossFit competition: nothing scaled, no divisions.
To celebrate our 15th anniversary, we bring you the basics: heavy barbell, gymnastics, strongman and odd-object work, and monostructural cardio.
You bring your team of 2 men and 2 women, and all your grit. Workouts are structured such that your team members can play to their strengths -- not everyone needs to be able to perform double unders, for instance. And not everyone needs a 135 snatch. (But you want at least one team member who is a heavy lifter, one who is gymnasty, one who is firebreather, etc.)
The day will have 3 WODS and 1 floater WOD + a final. (All teams are guaranteed 4 workouts.)
Workouts will be released periodically as teams register.
